The Bell Pub & Restaurant has been established here in Qawra for over 15 years & during that time we have earned our reputation as the local place for low bar prices & excellent value traditional English fayre, from our superb value English breakfast right up to our traditional Sunday roast. Our clientele is made up of both local English & Maltese residents as well as visitors to this part of Malta who soon discover the best place to eat & drink without spending too much. Whether you call in for drinks, food or both, we can offer a sun terrace, bar area and separate dining area. Our opening hours are 9am til midnight daily Monday-Sunday with food served up til 8.30pm daily Mon-Sat.
All live sport is televised at The Bell on 4 LCD screens from football & darts to horse racing & cricket but special preference is always given to live rugby league matches & specifically ‘Super League’ rugby. It is the favourite sport at The Bell as can be noted from the many rugby league replica shirts which adorn the walls of the bar area.
We also offer 2 entertainment nights per week, namely our general knowledge quiz on Sunday evenings which has always attracted a large number of followers since it was established over 5 years ago and our ‘eyes down’ night every Tuesday. Again, this event is always well supported particularly since the cash prizes are significantly higher than other venues which offer a similar game. Come along & try your luck, all are welcome but make sure you get here early to get your seat as both events begin at 8.30pm every week.
