Nick qualified as an Advanced Personal Trainer in the UK back in 2009. Specialising in boxing, kickboxing, weight loss and increasing general fitness, all sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs, whilst challenging but realistic to maintain motivation.

After giving up his well paid corporate job to focus on his health, he studied to become a Personal Trainer. Since then he has achieved many things that he never thought possible, including the chance to help others achieve their goals!
There were many challenges along the way but each gave him the opportunity to learn more about the reality of weight loss and the impact it can have in our day to day lives.
Sessions are currently available from a private studio in Qawra, an exclusive gym in San Gwann or locally from your home or outside.
He offers a free non committal 30 minute consultation to discuss your needs and preferences, which is basically a chance to meet me prior to deciding if he is the Personal Trainer for you.
